Support component has been added to frontend and integrated with Redmine. This has been tested locally, PR has been raised to merge with test

Make the page follow the same template as the attached screenshot. The page should have Create, Update, and View functionality.
The user needs to be able to view the issues that have been created, along with their current status:
- Placed
- In Progress
- Solved
The user should also be able to upload images (screenshots) to the issues.
The username and password need to be stored in the .env file.
